At Amdavad Distance Runners (ADR), membership registrations and event-related payments are processed to support community activities, training programs, and operational expenses.

Membership Fees:

• All ADR membership registrations are non-refundable once payment is completed.
• Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be paused or carried forward to the following year.

Event Registrations:

• Event fees paid to ADR for specific training programs or workshops are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by ADR.
• For further details, please refer to the specific terms and conditions mentioned within that particular program’s information.
• In case of an ADR-initiated cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
