Training Methodology

At ADR, we believe in systematic and scientific training schedule. We continuously endeavor to utilize the best practices in athletics training. We have a holistic methodology, which essentially takes care of cardio, and is balanced with a combination of well-rounded routine activities. These routines include stretching, cardiovascular, strength training and others.

I/We are voluntarily becoming member of Amdavad Distance Runners, Ahmedabad, with complete knowledge of the associated risks and I/We agree to accept complete responsibility for all risks of injury. I/We understand that any exercise, Warm Up, Stretching and strength exercise shown or sent in weekly plan are just depictive and only to be followed/performed as per my/our fitness levels.I/We also acknowledge that Amdavad Distance Runners does not offer formal training for running. By signing this Waiver, I/We declare that I/we are medically and physically fit and capable of participating in weekly activities and that my/our medical care provider/doctor has approved my/our participation. I/We agree to independently consult my/our physician in the event of any injuries or medical questions arising from or related to my/our participation in the activities of Amdavad Distance Runners.

I/We hereby grant my/our consent and permission to Arvind”Run to ADR (Amdavad Distance Runners), its Partner organizations, and employees to use any and all information submitted in my/our application, and/or my name, photograph, videotape, motion picture recording, voice or likeness for any purpose, including any kind of publicity.

By signing this waiver, I/ We have indicated that I/ We have read, understood and agreed to the contents of Waiver and Release Form.
