ADR Women’s Day Run – Her Day, Her Stride (Women-only event)

ADR Women’ day Run – WAIVER & TERMS

Event Date: 8th March 2026 at AUDA Sports Complex, Manipur, Shela

By registering for and participating in the ADR Women’s day Run I hereby
acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that running involves inherent risks, including but not limited
to:

• Uneven and rough surfaces
• Weather conditions
• Physical exertion and risk of injury

I acknowledge that participation may result in serious injury or death, and I
am solely responsible for my own safety during the Event.

Waiver and Release

I hereby waive, release, and discharge the Amdavad Distance Runners Foundation, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and all other parties involved, from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, demands, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, death, illness, or property damage.

Medical Treatment Authorization

In case of emergency, I authorize event staff to arrange and administer
necessary medical treatment. I agree to bear any costs associated with such
treatment.

Photography and Likeness

I grant permission to the Event Organizer to use my photographs, video
recordings, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes.

Safety and Rules

I agree to follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the
Event Organizer. I acknowledge that failure to comply may result in
disqualification or removal from the Event.

Bib Transfer / Participation Policy

Event registrations are non-transferable and non-deferrable. Participants are not permitted to transfer their race bib to another individual. Any participant found doing so may be disqualified.

Event Cancellation Policy

While every effort will be made to conduct the event as planned, in case of
cancellation due to:

• Government restrictions
• Local administration orders
• Lockdown
• Natural calamity or similar force majeure events
• Or any other reason not listed here

➡️ No refund will be given to registered participants.

Additional Clauses

Health and Fitness Declaration

I certify that I am physically fit to participate in this Event. I have not
been advised against participation by any qualified medical professional. I
understand that it is my sole responsibility to ensure my fitness and health
condition are adequate for this Event. The Event Organizer shall not be held
liable for any aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions.

Indemnity

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Event Organizer, its
officials, sponsors, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims,
actions, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal
fees) arising out of my participation in the Event, including but not limited
to injury or damage caused to third parties.

Personal Belongings

I understand and acknowledge that the Event Organizer shall not be responsible
for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal belongings during the Event.

Substance Use Restriction

I agree not to consume or be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any
prohibited substances before or during the Event. The Event Organizer reserves
the right to remove any participant found in violation of this clause.

Insurance

I acknowledge that the Event Organizer does not provide personal accident,
medical, or life insurance coverage for participants. I am responsible for
arranging my own insurance, if desired.

Minors' Participation

If the participant is under 18 years of age, this waiver must be signed by a
parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the minor's
participation and safety during the Event.

Emergency Evacuation & Force Majeure

I acknowledge and agree that the Event Organizer reserves the right to delay,
modify, shorten, reroute, or cancel the Event in case of emergencies, extreme
weather conditions, wildlife encounters, accidents, government orders, or any
situation beyond the Organizer's control. No claims for refund or damages
shall arise from such decisions.

Communicable Diseases

I understand and accept the risk of exposure to communicable diseases,
including but not limited to COVID-19, and agree to comply with any health and
safety measures mandated by the Event Organizer or local authorities.

By registering for and participating in the ADR Shantigram Night Ultra 7.0,
I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
